📦 Ordering & Shipping

1. How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Most arrive within 2–3 working days, depending on the courier and your location.

2. Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes — Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Parcelforce 24 are available at checkout. Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays are posted the same day.

3. Which courier will deliver my parcel?
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce. You'll see the option at checkout.

4. How much is postage?
Postage is free on orders over £15. For smaller orders, postage starts from £3.99 — with full options shown at checkout.

5. Do you deliver to Northern Ireland / Highlands / Channel Islands?
Yes, we do — though delivery may take an extra day or two.

6. Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship within the UK. However, many of our international customers use UK parcel forwarding services to get their orders sent abroad — it’s quick and easy to set up.

7. Can I choose my delivery date or time?
No — but once your parcel leaves us, you’ll get tracking so you can manage delivery via the courier.

8. Will I get tracking info?
Yes. We’ll email you tracking once your order has been dispatched.

9. Can I mix and match different snacks in one box?
Of course. Add what you like to your basket — we’ll pack it all together.

10. Are your snacks in-date and factory sealed?
Yes. Everything we sell is in-date, unopened, and stored properly — unless it’s in the reduced section, in which case the best-before date will be clearly shown in the product title.

11. Do you sell multipacks or full cases?
Yes — we specialise in bulk boxes and full case deals.

12. Do you sell close-dated or clearance stock?
Yes — check our clearance section for short-dated bargains.

13. Do you restock discontinued or limited items?
If we can get them again, we do. Some limited editions are one-time only though.

14. What happens if a product goes out of stock after I’ve ordered?
We’ll contact you straight away with options: a refund, a swap, or wait until it’s back in.

15. What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

16. Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
No, but our prices are already very competitive — whether you’re buying a few treats or stocking up by the case.

17. Do you offer discount codes or promos?
We run offers occasionally. Join our mailing list to stay in the loop.

18. Can I get an invoice or VAT receipt?
Yes. Just contact us and we’ll send one over.

19. What’s your returns policy?
30-day return window for unused, unopened items. £3.99 fee if you use our prepaid label.

20. Can I return opened snacks?
No. For hygiene reasons, we can’t take opened food back.

21. What if my parcel arrives damaged or leaking?
Take a photo and contact us. We’ll fix it.

22. What if an item is missing from my order?
Let us know and we’ll sort it quickly.

23. How do I request a refund or replacement?
Use the returns form or contact us — we’ll walk you through it.

24. Do I need to contact you before returning something?
No — but it helps. You can still just send it back using our returns portal.

We’re a UK-registered company. We buy direct and ship everything ourselves.

26. Can I visit your warehouse or shop in person?
No, we’re online only — but everything ships from our premises.

27. Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
Not at the moment, but we may add that down the line.

28. Do you support charities or events with snacks?
We do occasionally support charities or community causes, but they are selected directly by the company — we’re not able to respond to requests or applications.

29. Are your products suitable for vegans or vegetarians?
Some are, some aren’t. Always check the product description or ask us.
