Digital Gift Card FAQ
How does a Snacks Online Digital Gift Card work?
Once the gift card order is fulfilled, a digital gift card containing a unique code is sent by email. That code can then be entered at checkout when ordering from Snacks Online.
Is it a physical gift card?
No. Our online gift cards are digital, so there's no physical card to wait for in the post. The gift card and its unique redemption code are provided electronically.
How do I use my gift card?
Choose your favourite products from Snacks Online and head to checkout as normal. Enter the unique gift card code in the gift card or discount code field and the available balance will be applied to your order.
Do I have to spend the whole gift card at once?
No. If you don't use the full value, the remaining balance stays on the gift card and can be used towards another order.
What if my order costs more than my gift card balance?
No problem. Your available gift card balance can be applied first, and you can then pay the remaining amount using another available payment method at checkout.
Can I use a discount code with a gift card?
Yes. Shopify gift cards can be used alongside eligible discount codes, subject to the normal terms of the promotion or discount you're using.
Can a gift card be used towards delivery charges?
Yes. The available gift card balance is applied towards the total value of the order, which can include delivery charges.
How can I check how much is left on my gift card?
Open the link provided in your gift card email to view the gift card and check its remaining balance.
What happens if I lose my gift card email?
Get in touch with Snacks Online using the email address associated with the gift card and we'll do our best to help.
Can I use a gift card to buy another gift card?
No. Shopify doesn't allow a gift card to be used to purchase another gift card.
